Position and role

Thua Thien Hue Investment Promotion Centre is an administrative agency of The office of Thua Thien Hue People’s Committee, which helps the Chief of the Office assist the Chairman of the PPC to implement the duties on Investment promotion field; searches and considers the investors; approve the investment study site, the investment policy; consults the investors how to work with the related Departments, agencies and local administrative units; follows up the implementing progress of the FDI projects, the mechanism of the investment attraction policy; improves the investment environment, the solutions to improve the provincial competitive index; supports the enterprises and promotes the investment.

2. To implement the consultant activities, support the investors, the enterprises
3. To follow up the progress of investment project
4. Thua Thien Hue IPC is allowed to directly report to the Chairman of the PPC about the difficulties of the investment projects, the necessary requirement of the investors.
5. To build up the database and supply the information of the enterprises in the province for the ones who need.
6. To conduct the other tasks which are assigned by the Chairman of the PPC or the Chief of PPC office
