Development history

Myanmar - Thai land border trade was taken responsibility by Myanma Export-Import Enterprice in 1991. In 1996 March 19, the representative Ministers from Both Countries opened official border trade through bridge. In 4th August 1996, Department of Trade was started operating border trade mechanism in Myawaddy.
